Plant Based and Healthy Banana Oatmeal Pancakes-
And what the benefits are!
Batter
2 Bananas (the more ripe the better)
2 cup old fashion oats
1 1/4 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk)
1 tablespoon of flax seed
Toppings (really whatever you want), such as:
Berries
2. Combine batter either in a blender or a mixer and blend until everything is combined.
3. Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto a heated and oiled surface.
-wait approx. 30 seconds then add any fillings if adding them in the pancakes
4. After approx 3 minutes (varies depending on heat) flip the pancakes.
5. Wait 3 more minutes and remove from heat.
6. Enjoy!
